    Ziel des Projektes des Zubaus eines Beherbergungstraktes zum Weinhotel „Kirchenwirt Gols“ war, zur Stärkung der Region durch Schaffung von neuen Arbeitsplätzen beitragen zu können.
    Errichtet wurden:
    - 23 modern ausgestattete Gästezimmer
    - ein Apartment
    - zusätzliche Seminarräumlichkeiten
    - ein Wellness/Freizeitbereich
    - Garagenparkplätze für Gäste
    Ebenfalls verfolgte der Ausbau des Hotels das Ziel, neben der Stärkung von lokalen Partner- und Zulieferbetrieben, die Nächtigungszahlen in der Region Neusiedlersee zu steigern.
